   What is TemboCardVisa?

TemboCardVisa is a debit card that lets you access your bank account anywhere in the world.

It can be used to make purchases in shops or withdraw cash from ATMs where the Visa or Visa Electron sign is displayed.

It is safe, convenient and reliable alternative to making payments with cash or cheques.


Visit your nearest CRDB Bank branch and ask about TemboCardVisa. You will be asked to fill up an application form to get your card.

You don't have to carry cash.

You can shop safely and conveniently at over 12 million merchant outlets worldwide, where the Visa Electron sign is displayed.

You can withdraw money from over 840,000 ATMs worldwide and 70 ATMs in Tanzania, wherever the Visa sign is displayed.

You cannot spend more than you have in your account, so you're never in debt.

Every transaction is printed on your bank statement, so you can keep track of your spending.

  
You can use your TemboCardVisa almost anywhere in the world. Just look for the Visa or Visa Electron sign at any ATM or shopping outlet.
  
You can use your TemboCardVisa at all CRDB Banks ATMs as well as at the ATMs of other banks that are Visa members.
  

TemboCardVisa is extremely safe. It is much safer than carrying a lot of cash, as your money is transferred
directly from your account. Only you can access your money, using the card and your secret PIN

Never disclose your PIN to anyone, and change it on a regular basis. In case your card does get lost, it can be easily replaced, unlike real cash, which if lost is gone.

  
Every time you use your TemboCardVisa at retail outlets or ATMs, you are given a receipt of the transaction. This helps keep track of your overall spending. You can also check your account balance at any Visa ATM. Besides that, you get monthly statements from CRDB Bank, which list all your transactions and your account balance.
