|CRDB Bank launches Call Centre|
CRDB Bank has launched the Call Centre so as to enable enquiry communication channels. The Call Centre will be receiving and responding to customer enquiries through telephone, fax and emails.
During the launch event on 15th December 2010, The Managing Director of CRDB Bank Dr. Charles Kimei said, The Bank has established the Call Centre as the part of Strategy to improve Customer Services.
The Call Centre will provide Services to CRDB Bank Customers and all people who want to have information about the bank’s products and services.
