The bank has organized over the counter trading where prospective buyers and sellers may trade in its own shares in accordance to the rules and regulations governing it. Offered shares are circulated to all branches that post them on their respective notice boards for prospective buyers to see. According to the Capital Market and Securities Authority (CMSA) regulations, the bank is allowed to advertise internally the offer side only and not the bid side. Prospective buyers or sellers may visit any of our branches if they wish to buy or sell CRDB Bank shares.
